I have been a recruiter for over 20 years. I specialize in connecting insurance professionals and companies who strive to have the best employees.

Insurance Resourcing was created to address the changing hiring needs of the insurance industry. I specialize in permanent contingent or retained search.

Recruiting/Consulting Specialties include: Producers (P & C and Benefits), Marketing Reps, Sales Managers, Underwriters, Account Managers, Claims, and other in-house miscellaneous insurance-related roles.

For employers, the goal is to help you connect with the best talent available in the market. Once I understand your unique hiring needs, we will work together to craft a recruiting strategy to hone in on the level of talent desired.

For candidates, I act as your hiring coach to help you refine your resume and interview responses, providing valuable and timely feedback along the way.

Always Connecting…

When I’m not working, you will find me outside. In the winter I am a
passionate downhill skier. The off season is split between cycling,
mountain biking, and hiking. I am also very active in the Snojoke
Ski Club of Seattle, www.snojoke.org, a year-round sports club.
